Repolishing is free for a lifetime for eligible jewellery purchased from SamSETH only. No other brands’ or jewellery-shop pieces will be repolished. A ₹200 courier charge applies per request — there is no fee for the repolishing service itself.

How To Request Repolishing

Please initiate the complete process only through WhatsApp. Send a message reading “REPOLISHING REQUEST” to 7990750256 and include:

  • Customer name
  • Order ID / Invoice number
  • Mobile number
  • Product name
  • Clear 3 photographs of the jewellery

Please do not courier your jewellery before receiving confirmation and instructions from SamSETH. We will confirm your request within 48 hours of receiving it.

Confirmation & Courier Instructions

After receiving your request, we verify the purchase details and confirm eligibility. Once approved, SamSETH provides the courier instructions and the authorized address via WhatsApp, and the ₹200 courier charge is paid to SamSETH. Dispatch your jewellery only according to the instructions provided — never to any address unless it has been specifically confirmed by SamSETH on WhatsApp.

Safe Packaging

Pack the jewellery securely to prevent damage in transit. Please do not include unnecessary items, personal belongings, bills or other jewellery unless specifically requested. Retain your courier receipt and tracking details until the repolished jewellery is safely received.

Receipt, Inspection & Service

Once your jewellery reaches SamSETH, our team confirms receipt and inspects the piece before repolishing, documenting its condition for service records. If any significant damage, missing stone or broken component is identified, you will be informed before further work. The jewellery then undergoes professional repolishing and a quality check before return dispatch.

What Lifetime Free Repolishing Does Not Include

The complimentary service covers repolishing only. It does not include:

  • Replacement of lost or missing stones
  • Broken jewellery components
  • Replacement of clasps, chains, hooks or other parts
  • Resizing or major repairs
  • Modification or alteration of the original design
  • Damage caused by misuse, accident, improper handling or unauthorized repair

If any additional repair or replacement is required, we will inform you of the applicable charges and obtain your approval on WhatsApp before proceeding.

Jewellery Altered By Another Jeweller

Jewellery that has been resized, modified, repaired, soldered, replated or otherwise serviced by another jeweller may not be eligible for the SamSETH lifetime repolishing service. Eligibility is determined after inspection.

Important Customer Instructions

  • Follow only the WhatsApp instructions provided by SamSETH for the repolishing process.
  • Do not send your jewellery without prior confirmation from SamSETH.
  • Do not send your jewellery to any unconfirmed address.

The Longevity Of Shine

While we provide complimentary lifetime repolishing, we do not guarantee how long the renewed shine will last. The longevity of the finish depends largely on individual usage and exposure to moisture, chemicals and cosmetics, and on the care and maintenance provided by the customer.
